Product Care

Our laser engraved products are individually created on a range of plywood made from natural timber. Naturally occurring marks, tone variations and other slight 'imperfections' may be present due to the nature of the material. This is part of what give each piece its individuality and personality.

These variations in the grain may affect engraving in certain sections of your finished piece.

Due to the nature of laser cutting, the edges of wooden products will have a dark edge.

These are all a normal aspect of laser cut wooden items and are not considered faults. Each piece is custom made, and unique.

All our items have been designed, created with love and then sanded with care, in order to provide you with a beautiful keepsake item that you can treasure for years to come!

WARNING:

Our products are not designed as a toy and may break with improper handling or if they are dropped.

Do not mount items above cots or beds.

Keep out of reach of little hands. As with many household items, small or broken pieces may present a danger.

Tooth fairy door hangers: These are a decorative piece and are not toys. The small glass bottles could break.

Please also read the relevant safety information to your items below:

WALL MOUNTING

If wall mounting is desired, we recommend using good quality double-sided foam mounting tape or 3M picture hanging strips.

Check for suitability depending on your wall type. Please bear in mind that foam tape is permanent and may damage the product or wall when trying to remove. On smaller items, a good amount of fresh Blu Tack may be an option.

Important note: Many adhesives will not stick to freshly painted walls. Walls need approximately 30 days for paint to cure. Check paint can for manufacturer’s cure time (cure time is different to re-coat or drying time).

Even helpful for adults!

I recently had major surgery and my husband took time off work to be full time carer for our four children. Our youngest has ASD, so the Magnetic Tiles were initially meant to assist in his morning and afternoon routine - and they do! However, in the chaos of the morning, the Tiles ended up also being extremely helpful for my husband who, for the first time, was in charge of the busy school morning routine. Because our back bedrooms are at the back of the house, the tiles were useful in reminding my husband what he still needed to do with the kids while he was still in the kitchen. It really assisted him in the morning and also in the afternoon, as a reminder of what tasks the kids needed to do when they got home from school! So these awesome tiles arent just for kids, but really handy adults too! They couldnt have come at a better time for my hubby! :)) Thank you Lorena for creating and designing such an easy-to-use, high quality task tiles!

Loving our morning routine tiles

These magnetic tiles are fantastic!! They have clear pictures and words on them which has helped my son every morning this week as we are back at school for Term 4. He is so proud to get ready independently without me having to remind him about each next step when getting ready. I would highly recommend these to help with the morning school routine.
